We do not alter the AX Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page that opens. Please allow us 3-5 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.

The AX Site is a general audience website. Protecting  the privacy of minors is important to us. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals under the age of 13, or send communications to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13. It is recommended that individuals under the age of 13 obtain their parent’s consent to conduct transactions on the AX Site. 

We may provide access to information when legally required to do so, to cooperate with police investigations or other legal proceedings, to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the AX Site, to limit our legal liability and protect our rights or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors of the AX Site or the public.
