Created to celebrate EmpowHer Institute's 20th anniversary, this necklace is inspired by the EmpowHer logo, a design derived from on the proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child."  Made entirely in solid 10K yellow gold in a polished finish, this necklace features almost 1 carat of deep red garnet gemstones in rhomboid and round shapes.  A layer of red enamel adds further character and complexity to the piece. 

Centered on an 18 inch rope chain, this necklace is the perfect everyday reminder of the power of the girl, the power of her voice, the village of women who surround her as mentors and guides, and the unparalleled commitment of the EmpowHer Institute to advancing the cause of girls in marginalized communities through education, training, and mentorship.
