We are here to help and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding sizing, materials or changes before you place your order.
We advise clients to promptly examine their purchased jewelry to ensure that it is the correct item and fit. We permit refunds and exchanges of jewelry items purchased through our website only if the request is made in writing by email to help@azramehdijewelry.com within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. The client is responsible for shipping the jewelry back to us via an insured and reliable shipping method in its original packaging. There is a ten-percent (10%) restocking charge for returns. Jewelry items being returned must be in unused, unworn condition in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject requests for refunds or exchanges where wear and tear on the jewelry item is apparent. Determination of wear and tear is at the sole discretion of Azra Mehdi Jewelry staff.
Special Note on Cuff Purchase & Care: Please note cuff bracelets sold on this Site comfortably fit wrist sizes 6.5-7.5 inches. Please exercise caution and avoid bending or enlarging the cuff bracelet because this may destroy the shape of the cuff and/or cause the stones to fall out of their settings. We would be happy to custom make your size upon request. We reserve the right to refuse a return, or provide a refund or exchange if we receive an item that is bent, has loose or missing gemstones.
All custom and special orders are final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit. All jewelry returns or exchanges should be securely packaged, insured and made using either Fedex or UPS addressed to 9171 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 500, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
